Michael Franti Trio

"Hat's Off!" Michael Franti says a heartfelt goodbye to his longtime tour manager, who will be leaving after this tour.

Junior "One Blood" Reid
RIGHT -->:
Ozomatli requested that media leave the photo pit after the third song. They were just warming up, and did a lengthly set. The photos are slim pickins' due to the missed songs -- wonder what that was about...anyone?

Ponche's Cuban rhythms lit up the place

President Brown is pictured backstage the day after his performance, and onstage putting on a righteous set.

Spotted this Lion while waiting in line for the backstage porta-potties.

The press area. Give thanks for the H20, munchies, and all those killer photos!
ROW ABOVE: This mural was located on the right front of the stage, and was a work in progress over the weekend. These shots were taken on Sunday afternoon, near it's completion. Would love to know the name and story on this artist, if anyone has the 411.
RIGHT 2 SHOTS -->: The Mateel Community Center tent, home of "the house that Reggae built!" Some of the friendliest folks you can meet.
<-- LEFT 2 SHOTS: A woodland gift shop near the roadside had the most interesting sculpture garden.
NUFF RESPECT TO THE ENTIRE REGGAE ON THE RIVER CREW, VOLUNTEERS, STAFF & ORGANIZERS
for puttin on an INCREDIBLE EVENT!
<-- LEFT:
Managing the ROTR traffic on this two-lane, winding woodland road requires a roadblock and 24/7 monitoring by police. Cool thing is, they can't come into the venue!
